Project Overview
Ego is the "brain" of iFay — a personalized small model highly aligned with its host.
At the same time, Ego is also a standalone open-source tool: an out-of-the-box personalized model training tool for everyday people. Anyone can use it to "forge" their own data into an AI model that understands them.
For example: You're a photography enthusiast who has accumulated extensive shooting notes, editing preferences, and gear selection records. Through Ego Pod, this data is "forged" into an AI model that understands your aesthetic style — it knows you prefer warm tones, favor the 35mm focal length, and habitually adjust white balance before pulling curves in post-processing. This model can run on your phone, providing personalized shooting advice anytime.
